Empty Stocking Fund Benefits URBAN PEAK!

We are pleased to be one of the agencies to benefit from the Empty Stocking Fund again this year! Sponsored by The Gazette and El Pomar Foundation, the Empty Stocking Fund is an annual holiday fundraising campaign that raises money for 15 health and human services agencies in the Pikes Peak region. Currently in its 28th season, the Empty Stocking Fund raises more than $1 million each year. The 2011 campaign starts on Thanksgiving Day and runs through January 13.

The Empty Stocking Fund is unique in that donations grow up to 49 percent due to matching funds from El Pomar Foundation and the Bruni Foundation. Additionally, The Gazette and El Pomar Foundation cover all administrative costs. This means that every dollar raised goes directly to the benefitting agencies—including us!

For more information or to make a secure online donation, visit the website: www.FillanEmptyStocking.org. You can also follow Empty Stocking Fund on Facebook (emptystockingfund) and Twitter (@esfsprings).
