Jenny has served in various roles at Urban Peak since 2018, starting as a contract grant writer and later serving as Interim Director of Development and Interim Director of Operations. Jenny assumed her current role as Urban Peak's Director of Operations in May 2025.

Jenny has over 20 years of experience working with nonprofits in Washington, DC and Denver. Prior to joining Urban Peak, she was a fundraising and strategy consultant for over a decade serving nonprofits in the Denver area.

Jenny is a Denver native and holds a master's degree from the University of California, Davis, and a bachelor's degree from Williams College.
